We offer a limited number of renovations each year, scheduled for late August through early September—because that’s when conditions are best. The warm days, cool nights, and fading weeds create the perfect environment for new grass to thrive.

A great lawn also needs the right watering system. Renovation season is the ideal time to install a sprinkler system to take the hassle out of maintenance and keep your lawn green and healthy for years to come.

Our renovation process typically includes removing your old lawn, regrading as needed, and installing a premium seed mix or sod.

If you're interested, renovations must be booked by July 1st. Spots fill up fast, so call early to reserve yours!
